STEPHAN BAPTISTA
President
Stephan Baptista founded the company in 1991. He brings over 31 years of experience in the real estate management & development profession to our clients. Mr. Baptista is responsible for the central office management and acquisition of managed and owned assets.
NATALIE MONIZ
Regional Manager
Natalie Moniz has been with our firm since early 2014. In her capacity as Regional Manager, she is responsible for the oversight of several properties in our portfolio as well as central office administration duties. Natalie brings several years of state compliance experience as well as employee oversight to our firm.

KIM BENTO
Clerical Assistant
Kim Bento joined our firm as a Clerical Assistant in 2017at the main offices of Cornell Management Corp. Kim’s background is in social services with a working knowledge of office operations. As a Clerical Assistant, Kim provides general administrative support to the main office staff.
KAREN A. DOHERTY
Property Manager
Karen A. Doherty has been a property manager for Cornell Management Corp. since 2003. Karen brings over 20 years of property management experience to the firm. She provides management oversight to conventional as well and subsidized properties.
STEPHANIE GIBSON
Resident Service Coordinator
Stephanie Gibson joined our staff as a contracted Resident Service Coordinator in June 2007. Stephanie's responsibilities include maintaining community outreach and educating residents on available social services as well as providing general case management services to the resident population.
DANIELLE DALEY-MASON
Property Manager
Danielle Daley-Mason has been actively involved in residential property management for the past 8 years serving as a Property Manager for various firms in the Rhode Island and Massachusetts markets. Danielle provides management oversight of subsidized properties in the Rhode Island market.

DONALD MACMILAN
Maintenance Supervisor
Donald MacMillan joined Cornell Management Corp.'s staff in November 2013. Donald brings several years of residential and commercial building experience to our firm and is a Maintenance Supervisor responsible for maintenance of a 48 unit housing development in New Bedford, MA.
MARK HARRIS
Maintenance Supervisor
Mark Harris has been a member of Cornell Management Corp. since August 1999. As a Maintenance Supervisor, Mark’s duties include the oversite of maintenance personnel, the coordination and repair of several assets owned and operated by our firm.

Property Manager
GeorgeAnne has been involved in property management for the past 23 years. GeorgeAnne brings a strong background in asset management having serviced subsidized and conventional properties throughout her career. GeorgeAnne provides management oversight of subsidized properties in our Rhode Island portfolio.

Maintenance Technician
Jose Sanchez has been a member of Cornell Management Corp. since 2014. As a Maintenance Technician, Jose's duties include the general upkeep and repair of assets owned and operated by our firm.

Maintenance Supervisor
Omar Frometa has been the Maintenance Supervisor with Cornell Management Corp. since 2014. Omar’s background in residential HVAC and electrical systems as well as his knowledge of building systems ensures our properties are maintained at the highest housing quality standards.

Jose River joined the Cornell Management Corp. team in 2020. Jose’s background is in general maintenance and repair. As a Maintenance Technician, Jose’s duties include janitorial upkeep and repair of assets owned and operated by our firm.
